Sellvia is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides catalog tools and
e-commerce functionality to independent online sellers. Sellvia does not manufacture, design,
brand, or control third-party products.
Sellvia respects the intellectual property rights of creators and rights-holders. This policy
describes how rights-holders may report concerns and how Sellvia responds.
Submitting an IP Notice
Rights-holders may submit an intellectual property notice by contacting:

To process a notice, please include:
- Identification of the product at issue (SKU, URL, screenshot, or AliExpress link)
- A description of the intellectual property right asserted
- Documentation supporting ownership of the asserted right
- A brief explanation of why the material is allegedly infringing
- Name, organization (if applicable), and contact information
Sellvia’s Notice and Takedown Procedure
- Remove or disable access to the identified product in the Sellvia Catalog
- Add relevant identifiers (SKU, AliExpress ID, URL, keywords, seller ID) to the internal
block-list - Prevent future re-import, re-publishing, or re-synchronization
- Log the takedown action for internal recordkeeping
Sellvia may request additional clarification from the reporting party or the affected client if
needed.
No Legal Determination
Sellvia does not determine whether reported material infringes any intellectual property
right. Actions taken under this policy are precautionary and do not represent an admission of
liability or wrongdoing.
Misuse of the Notice Process
Sellvia may decline to act on notices that lack required information or appear fraudulent,
abusive, or unrelated to Sellvia’s services.
