Hello everyone, my name is Subrota Bashak, I am 24, from Dhaka, Bangladesh. I have completed my Bachelor of Science in Computer science and Engineering Department in Daffodil International University in Dhaka.
These days, I am a Level Two seller on Fiverr and a top-rated developer on Upwork marketplace – I’ve been developing online stores for around 5 years already.
Freelancing is my main career: apart from store development, I am also working as an affiliate. I’m a member of AliDropship and Sellvia affiliate programs.
Why did you choose this occupation from all the easy side hustles from home available?
Programming is my hobby and my passion – I want to create new things that would make our daily life easier, and I am always trying to do such things for myself. Plus, actually, I love freedom – since childhood, I totally don’t like 9-to-5 jobs!

In fact, my ecommerce journey started with dropshipping. I make about $3,000 /month from my development services and $1,000 from Sellvia and AliDropship affiliate programs. It totals about $4,000 per month. In Bangladesh, dollars cost a lot, so I’m happy. My only way to share these tools as an affiliate is to recommend them to my customers on Fiverr and Upwork. I shared my links and steps there so that my clients can purchase everything from there.
What does your average working day look like?
I always wake up at 6 AM and start my day by replying to my buyers’ messages. Because of time zones, it’s 10 PM – 12 PM in the USA, and that’s the time when my buyers are most active. Only later, when it’s about 10 AM in Bangladesh, I go to have my breakfast and start my day.

My main focus is to develop my career with more skills so that I could increase my earning easily from there day by day.
